Mental Health Advisory Group
The Mental Health Advisory Group (HIMAA Vic) is where Health Information Managers involved/interested in mental health meet bi-monthly. During these meetings relevant issues are discussed and representatives from the Mental Health Branch attend to discuss changes to the Statewide Mental Health database known as RAPID. These bi-monthly sessions are also used for educational purposes. The Mental Health Advisory Group is a great way to meet HIMs who have been working in mental health for some time. We would like to invite all HIMs working in mental health and all HIM students and/or graduates who would like to experience working in mental health to please contact one of the Mental Health Advisory Group members who would be more than happy to discuss their experiences working in mental health.
We welcome all HIMs working in mental health to join the Group however, you will need to contact the Chairperson first.
Chairperson Glenda Wyatt can be contacted through the HIMAA Vic Branch Executive
